Budget: USD $1,000–$2,500 per month

We are seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Legal Officer to provide strategic legal guidance and help manage legal and regulatory risk across our businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters

  • Review contracts, agreements, and legal exposures

  • Support M&A transactions, due diligence, and corporate structuring

  • Provide guidance on compliance and risk management

  • Serve as a trusted legal advisor to leadership

Qualifications
  • Licensed attorney with significant corporate/commercial law experience

  • Experience advising private companies, acquisitions, and growth-stage businesses

  • Familiarity with U.S. corporate, contract, and compliance matters

  • Practical, business-oriented approach to legal risk management

This role is intended as a strategic advisory position and does not require day-to-day legal operations.
