We are building a vetted talent pool of experienced and astute Senior HR Professionals, open to part-time/project based engagements with growing organizations.

Role Overview

As a Fractional HR Professional on the Accretio Africa platform, you will be matched with one or more client businesses to provide part-time or project-based HR support. Assignments vary by client need and may range from a few hours a week to several days a month. You will operate as a trusted HR partner, helping businesses build sound HR foundations without the cost of a full-time hire.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the HR lead for one or more client businesses on a fractional/part-time basis.

  • Work with the assigned client based on the agreed deliverables and timeline.

  • Provide regular progress reports to client leadership and to Accretio Africa.

  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality befitting a trusted external HR advisor.

Who You Are & What You Have

  • Minimum of 6 years' progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior, generalist, or HR business partner role.

  • Tertiary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Professional HR certification preferred (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM-CP/SCP, SPHRi).

  • Strong working knowledge of Nigerian labour law and statutory HR compliance requirements.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting small or mid-sized businesses (SMEs), Startups or working in a consulting/fractional capacity is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working independently across multiple clients and managing competing priorities.

  • Proficiency with HR tools/HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

  • Access to a reliable laptop and internet connection for remote work.
