  • Collect structured feedback from pilot participants on usability, content findability, and workflow fit to inform final adjustments before full rollout
  • Use pilot results to refine training materials, identify division-specific needs, and build internal advocacy ahead of the broader launch

Phase 2

  • Execute phased rollout across MP, DMS US, and DMS EU with division-specific onboarding sessions
  • Monitor adoption metrics (logins, content usage, pitch activity) and flag adoption gaps early
  • Run office hours, refresher sessions, and feedback loops during the first 15 days post-launch
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement to connect Highspot workflows to existing sales processes and training
  • Deliver a post-launch readout with adoption data, recommendations for optimization, and transition plan to internal ownership

  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment across Revenue Enablement, Sales, Marketing, and IT/Ops
