Position Description
As a Franchise Implementation Consultant on the PAR OPS Implementation team at PAR Technology Corporation, you will be responsible for deploying the PAR OPS solution for franchise customers in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role serves as a subject matter expert for franchise implementations, leveraging deep hospitality and operational knowledge to ensure successful configuration, rollout, and adoption of PAR OPS.
You will manage deployments within defined scope, timelines, specifications, and quality standards, ensuring a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support. The Franchise Implementation Consultant partners closely with Project Managers, Support, Technical Services, and third-party providers to deliver outcomes that drive customer satisfaction and long-term success.

Unleash Your Potential: What You Will Be Doing and Owning
Implementation & Deployment
Partner with Implementation team members and Project Managers to ensure a full understanding of customer database configurations
Support franchise rollouts across entire organizations following successful pilot implementations
Design, configure, and test solutions aligned to customer requirements throughout the rollout phase
Alert management to scope challenges, risks, or change requests
Client Consulting & Training
Consult with franchisees to assess current infrastructure and future operational needs
Facilitate customer-facing conversations to provide clear timelines, expectations, and technical guidance
Conduct train-the-trainer and direct-to-store training sessions to drive immediate adoption
Effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Liaise with Implementation Managers, Project Managers, Support, and Technical Account Services for escalations and plan adjustments
Collaborate with third-party providers and internal teams to design and deliver integrations
Participate in product design, delivery, and training initiatives
Identify opportunities to introduce additional products, services, or resources
Transition to Support & Knowledge Sharing
Guide clients through the transition from Implementation to Support, setting clear expectations
Maintain a working knowledge of client operations to support issue resolution and education
Document project status and completion using project tracking tools
Serve as a subject matter expert supporting Knowledge Management initiatives, including LMS content, internal documentation, client-facing materials, and digital adoption tools
Collaborate with Support and Technical Services to resolve complex issues
Provide Level I or Level II support to existing customers as needed
Participate in the after-hours client support rotation
What We Look For
4-year technical degree or equivalent related experience
1+ year of experience working with restaurant back-of-house technology
2–4 years of experience working with the PAR OPS platform preferred but not required
1–2 years of experience as an Implementation Engineer at PAR OPS preferred but not required
Previous hospitality industry management experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations
Self-motivated with a strong track record in multi-unit customer deployments
Commitment to ongoing self-training and staying current with industry technology and security
