Responsible for growing and protecting Dual Brands through developing people, improving guest experience and relationships and driving profitable sales. This role is responsible to evaluate Applebee’s & IHOP brand standards compliance and influence best practice operations execution via coaching and support at the restaurant level.

Key Accountabilities

  • Champion Brand purpose, strategy, and culture while advocating for guest and franchisee experience
  • Drive best in class brand standards execution and provide root cause analysis and coaching at the restaurant level
  • Partner with the Dual Brands Ops team to ensure franchisee and team success by providing updates and trend information to Dual Brand leadership on recent visits
  • Consult and offer expertise to restaurant leadership and teams to address issues and concerns related to brand standards and other items while on site
  • Immediate action and resolution to critical issues with the appropriate escalation to FBC
  • Influence at the restaurant level around continuous operational improvement and support of brand initiatives
  • Execute campaign training and pre and post assessments
  • Schedule built following Rules of Engagement Travel expected (flights and auto) based upon geographic responsibilities to be assigned by Director, Operations
  • Manage individual T&E budget

Critical Capabilities

  • Strong operational experience & proven performance in driving restaurant operational standards and compliance
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills and building relationships
  • Solid communication skills – oral and written
  • Expert at Applebee’s & IHOP brand standards, operating systems and operational tools & resources
  • Solid organizing, calendar planning, flexibility, and prioritization skills to achieve job expectations balanced with requested franchise support
