Printfresh
Freelance Asana Consultant - Product Development Workflow (Fashion/DTC)
Be an Early Applicant
The role involves optimizing Asana for product development workflows in the fashion industry, streamlining processes, enhancing visibility, and training the team.
Printfresh is a fast-growing, design-driven sleepwear and apparel brand looking for a highly experienced Asana consultant to restructure and optimize our product development and production workflows.
We currently use Asana to manage Design, Product Development, and Production timelines, but the system has become overly task-heavy, calendar-driven, and difficult to use as a true operational tool. We’re looking for an expert to rebuild this into a clear, scalable system that improves visibility, accountability, and execution.
Scope of Work
- Audit our current Asana setup (Design + PD + Production workflows)
- Restructure into a clean, stage-based pipeline (Concept → Design → Development → Sampling → Finalization)
- Separate and streamline workflows for Sleep vs Apparel
- Establish clear ownership and accountability within projects
- Simplify task structures (reduce clutter, improve usability)
- Build dashboard views for leadership visibility (status, blockers, timelines)
- Create templates for repeatable seasonal product cycles
- Train team on how to use the system effectively (light documentation + walkthrough)
- Deep experience with Asana (not beginner/intermediate — must be advanced)
- Strong understanding of product development workflows (fashion, retail, or consumer goods highly preferred)
- Experience building systems for cross-functional teams (design, PD, production, merchandising)
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive systems
- Comfortable pushing back and recommending better ways of working (not just executing instructions)
- Bonus: Experience with DTC brands or seasonal product cycles
- Freelance / short-term project (estimated 2–4 weeks)
- Remote, with a few working sessions required- but in-person would be great too
- Goal: Deliver a fully restructured Asana system + team adoption
- Budget for this project is flexible based on experience (may be hourly or project-based)
RequirementsApplications Must Include
- Examples of Asana systems you’ve built or restructured in the product/fashion space
- Brief description of your approach to workflow design
- Relevant experience with product-based businesses (if applicable)
We are looking for someone who can bring clarity, structure, and strong operational thinking — not just reorganize tasks.
