We are looking for a passionate, collaborative, and creative candidate to support our Marketing team as Freelance Jr. Graphic Designer. This role will work closely with Paradigm’s Senior Graphic Designer in the production of creative assets to support our suite of legal software solutions. The Freelance Jr. Graphic Designer will support key marketing initiatives through digital and print assets, including web banners, website & social images, sales collateral, print ads, and presentation decks. This role is a 1099 Independent Contractor role and will be fully remote.

We are looking for a self-starter with graphic design experience within a marketing context who can hit the ground running and immediately begin adding value to a collaborative and ambitious team.

What You’ll Own

  • Designing creative print and digital assets for marketing initiatives across Paradigm’s suite of products, including web banners, video assets, website & social images, sales collateral, print ads, event signage, and presentation decks
  • Work with Graphic Designer and other Marketing team members to understand goals, specs, and timelines in order to deliver high quality creative assets to support our lead generation goals
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to generate new creative ideas to elevate our marketing content and collateral

The Qualifications We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience
  • Very efficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
  • Experience with video editing applications such as Premier and AfterEffects is a bonus
  • Well acquainted with presentation applications like PowerPoint or KeyNote
  • Strong eye for composition, layout, and color scheme
  • Strong eye for typography
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus
  • Proven experience multi-tasking autonomously

Other Information

  • Location: US Remote
  • 1099 Independent Contractor role – Jr Graphic Designer responsible for applicable taxes and insurance
  • Compensation: $18-$22/hour
  • Estimated 15 hours a week
