Role Overview: 
As a HUSH Motion Designer, you can balance workloads in various stages of production or pitch depending on the size and scale of your projects. You are communicative with your teammates and practice proven organizational and communication skills. In addition, you can articulate specific visions and opinions that help internal teams progress on a daily basis. Naturally, your portfolio of work rocks and shows a diversity of mediums and interests.
 
Focus: 80% making, and execution; 20% learning, and concepting 
 
Key Responsibilities
•Collaborate with your teammates, inspire them and always seek knowledge.
•Work with the design, production and technology teams to deliver on project needs.
•Build trusted relationships with your teammates through communication and empathy.
•Find inspiration and help develop creative concepts with the greater team.
•Help refine presentation decks and project details.
•Discuss and be eager for feedback on design. Be nimble, and able to pivot.
 
Evaluation: Semi-annual meetings reviewing progress across core responsibilities, professional, and personal goals.
 
Requirements:
•3-5+ years of design experience in a high-paced design agency or corporation.
•Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience in design and related studies.
•Proven organizational, presentation and communication skills.
•Hard skills: 2D & 3D design software, animation, and/or interface design ability.
