Job Description : We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and friendly Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, the Front Office Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience and smooth operations at the front desk. This position requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and office software such as MS Office
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred
