The Role

We're hiring a Frontend Engineer who obsesses over pixels and performance. You'll turn designs into flawless code that scales. This is 80% hands-on building, 20% collaborating with design and backend.

You care about the user experience as much as clean code. You know why Core Web Vitals matter. You've shipped production React apps that handle real traffic. And you can work with Python backends when needed.

Your Week:

  • Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect React components
  • Optimize performance metrics (LCP, FID, CLS) weekly
  • Build responsive interfaces that work across all devices
  • Review PRs and maintain code quality standards
  • Debug production issues and ship fixes fast

What You'll Own

  • Frontend architecture for our GEO platform
  • Component library and design system
  • Performance optimization and monitoring
  • API integrations with REST endpoints
  • Frontend build pipeline and deployment

Requirements
  • 2-5 years shipping production React/Next.js apps
  • Strong eye for design and attention to detail
  • Experience with Core Web Vitals optimization
  • REST API integration experience
  • Basic Python knowledge for backend collaboration

Bonus Points:

  • Built products at early-stage startups
  • Worked directly with designers
  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Understanding of SEO technical requirements
  • Portfolio showing pixel-perfect implementations
