About Brain Co.

Brain Co. is building the infrastructure that turns advanced AI research into real-world impact. We work at the frontier of productionizing AI for complex, high-stakes environments—particularly in government and regulated industries where manual workflows still dominate.

Our mission is to make AI systems reliable, scalable, and dependable in the real world. That means going beyond demos and models to build robust platforms that support complex workflows, human-in-the-loop processes, and production-grade reliability at scale.

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter to own hiring across our Product roles, which includes Product Management and Product Design.

You will partner directly with both functional leaders and our growing recruiting team to define hiring priorities, pressure test profiles, and close high impact talent in competitive markets.

This is not a coordination role. You will run point on some of the most critical hires at the company and help shape how Brain Co. scales beyond engineering.

Recruiting is treated as a strategic function here. You will be expected to bring judgment, data, and clear recommendations to the table.

You’ll Own
  • Full cycle recruiting for Product roles from intake through close

  • Partnering with functional leaders/hiring managers to define success profiles and hiring plans

  • Driving search strategy for specialized roles across the business

  • Managing candidate experience with a high bar for clarity, speed, and conviction

  • Running offer strategy and closing in partnership with hiring managers

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent tradeoffs, timing, and market realities

You Might Thrive in This Role If You
  • Have 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally across Product functions

  • Have hired individual contributors in fast growing companies

  • Can translate business needs into sharp candidate narratives and targeted outreach

  • Are data minded but not data blind, using metrics to inform judgment not replace it

  • Operate well in ambiguity and enjoy building structure where none exists

  • Care deeply about quality, not just speed

  • Believe applied AI will reshape how institutions operate

Benefits
  • Competitive salary

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision (100% Coverage)

  • Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave

  • 401(k)

  • Daily Lunches + Dinners

  • Commuter Benefits

  • Unlimited PTO
