Role Summary

We are hiring a Full-Cycle Sales Executive to manage the entire sales process end-to-end for the French market — from market research and lead generation to outreach, qualification, and closing deals.

This role is ideal for someone who has previously sold marketing or lead generation services and understands how to position value-driven solutions to B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Lead Generation

  • Identify target industries, ICPs, and key decision-makers in the French market
  • Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine outreach strategies

2. Outreach & Prospecting

  • Execute cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Engage prospects and generate qualified opportunities
  • Adapt messaging based on industry and buyer persona

3. Sales Qualification & Pipeline Management

  • Qualify leads based on budget, need, and decision-making authority
  • Manage pipeline through CRM and maintain accurate reporting
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls and presentations

4. Closing & Revenue Generation

  • Present Division50’s marketing and lead generation services
  • Handle objections and negotiate terms
  • Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding handover

RequirementsRequirements
  • Native or fluent French + strong English communication
  • Proven experience in full-cycle B2B sales
  • Prior experience selling marketing services, lead generation, or digital marketing solutions (MANDATORY)
  • Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to manage the full sales pipeline independently
  • Results-driven with a strong closing track record
