Full-Cycle Sales Executive (Outbound | Uncapped Commission)

The Sales Executive will engage in outbound prospecting, manage discovery calls, present proposals, and close deals while maintaining CRM hygiene and refining sales messaging based on market feedback.
This is a remote position.
Only LATAM-based candidates (bilingual in Spanish and English)
We are seeking a high-ownership, outbound-driven Sales Executive to build pipeline, run discovery calls, present solutions, and close deals across our service brands.
This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable prospecting, refining messaging, handling objections, and closing, not a passive order-taker.

Responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting (email, calls, LinkedIn, database building)
- Booking and running discovery calls
- Presenting proposals and closing deals
- Managing pipeline inside GoHighLevel
- Setting up and managing follow-up email sequences
- Refining messaging and objection handling based on market feedback
- Maintaining CRM hygiene and activity tracking
What success looks like
- Consistent outbound activity
- Clean and organized pipeline
- Qualified appointments and proposal volume
- Revenue closed monthly
- Objection handling and messaging refinement over time
Requirements
- 2–5+ years in B2B sales (preferably services, marketing, staffing, or digital)
- Comfortable prospecting and building pipeline from scratch
- Experience running discovery and closing calls
- Self-starter who does not require rigid scripts
- Comfortable in early-stage, growth-focused environments
This role is NOT for
- Order-takers waiting for inbound leads
- Individuals needing step-by-step scripts provided
- Candidates uncomfortable with outbound activity
- Those seeking purely administrative CRM roles
