About the role

  • We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (.NET) with strong full-stack capabilities and hands-on experience across Azure, Microsoft Cloud Services (MCS), and agent-based architectures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions for enterprise clients.

Time zone: Pacific

Essential Functions

  • Lead the design and development of scalable, high-quality software applications using React JS and.NET technologies
  • Build and deploy cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Cloud Services (MCS)
  • Develop and integrate agent-based and service-oriented architectures to support intelligent, distributed systems
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices
  • Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural and development standards
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, and project managers
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, solution optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing enhancements
  • Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies, frameworks, and cloud best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in full-stack software development, with a strong focus on React.js and C# .NET framework
  • 3-5 years of proven experience with Azure services and functions
  • Proficient in web development technologies including HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including cloud-based application development and deployment
  • Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in leading development teams and managing project deliverables
  • Familiarity with Git, including version control, code reviews, and pull request workflows
  • Experience working with CoPilot
  • Willingness to work in PST hours

Preferred Skills:

  • Capabilities with hands-on experience across Azure, MCS, and agent-based architectures
