Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Go, with emphasis on data pipelines and/or RESTful APIs.


  • Familiarity with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and EKS for deployment and management.


  • Understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration.


  • Experience implementing and working with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), demonstrating a solid grasp of database principles.


  • Knowledge of user authentication and authorization across multiple systems, servers, and environments.


  • Understanding of fundamental design principles for scalable applications.


  • Strong unit test and debugging skills.


  • Familiarity with Git for version control and repository management.


  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing and maintenance of code changes.


  • Understanding of React.js and modern front-end build pipelines and tools (optional).

Preferred

  • Strong interest in learning about artificial intelligence and building AI systems for the enterprise

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in software development, with emphasis on backend development

  • 2+ years of experience with Go and AWS (or similar cloud provider)

  • 2+ years of experience with React.js (optional)
