As a full stack engineer, you'll have the opportunity to develop features from inception to deployment using Java and TypeScript. You'll work on both standalone services and React apps running on the Dynatrace Hub
As a Full Stack Engineer at Dynatrace, you will contribute to advancing our product and strengthening our position as a leader in software observability.
- Help build Dynatrace’s analytics platform to deliver intelligent, trustworthy, and actionable business data experiences - enabling agentic AI through productized data governance, observability, and contextual enrichment.
- Work on high-impact data pipelines and backend services that power insights into product adoption, customer journeys, and engineering efficiency - making the Dynatrace platform the foundation for data-driven decisions.
- You’ll develop in a cloud-native environment using TypeScript and Java, building scalable systems with clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- At Dynatrace, we use our own product to monitor and improve the very systems we build - creating a unique feedback loop that enhances both development and user experience.

- The position offers the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of designing highly scalable solutions and to influence their architecture directly.
- Experience with Java is required, as the role includes working on backend services implemented in Java.
- In-depth understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript design patterns, data structures, and web architecture, with the ability to apply these concepts to create practical and effective solutions.
- Hands-on experience with React or a comparable framework.
- Familiarity with testing best practices and strategies, along with proficiency in testing frameworks and tools.
- Solid understanding of the Node ecosystem, including npm, Babel, and Webpack.
- Comprehensive knowledge of server-client communication and browsers.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools like Git.
- Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

We offer only employment contracts (PL: Umowa o pracę / UoP) and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.

Base salary range — starting from 21.000 PLN gross per month.
