About Verifi

Verifi Concrete is a leading provider of cutting-edge digital solutions for the concrete industry, revolutionizing how concrete is monitored, managed, and optimized. Our technology enables real-time tracking of concrete properties, enhancing quality control, efficiency, and sustainability across construction projects. With a strong focus on innovation, automation, and data-driven insights, Verifi Concrete empowers clients to reduce material waste, improve operational performance, and drive cost efficiencies. As we continue our global expansion, we are looking for dynamic professionals to join our team and contribute to transforming the future of concrete & construction technology.

The Role

We're looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer with Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js experience to help build the next generation of Verifi's SaaS platform. You'll be contributing to both front-end and back-end development, learning from experienced engineers, and working closely with Product, Design, QA, and SRE teams. You'll operate in a fast-moving, collaborative environment—building scalable features and infrastructure across our Angular + Node.js + GraphQL + Azure stack, while learning to ensure our products remain performant, maintainable, and customer-centric across the entire application stack.

What You'll Do

  • Write clean, maintainable code across the Angular front end and Node.js back-end services, learning best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Learn and contribute to full stack architecture—understanding patterns, quality standards, and modern best practices for both client and server-side development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, QA, and Customer Success to understand requirements and deliver features in iterative cycles.
  • Contribute to designing and implementing products that are easily monitored, maintained, scalable, and supported throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Work with Platform Engineering to understand how the product leverages shared capabilities, tools, and infrastructure.
  • Learn from senior engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural guidance.
  • Learn and apply testing best practices and automation (unit, integration, and E2E) across front-end and back-end, integrating quality into every build.
  • Participate in discovery and experimentation, using insights from Product and Customer Success to understand customer needs.
  • Contribute to API design, database schema development, and server-side logic implementation.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years building modern web applications with TypeScript.
  • Experience with Angular, familiarity withcry  state management (NgRx/Signals), routing, forms, component composition, and performance concepts.
  • Some experience with Node.js, building APIs/BFFs with GraphQL (understanding schema design, resolvers, caching, Apollo/Codegen).
  • Familiarity with back-end concepts such as RESTful APIs, database design, server-side logic, and API security.
  • Interest in learning the Azure ecosystem—App Service or AKS, Functions, API Management, App Insights/Monitor, and Kusto/ADX.
  • Eagerness to learn testing best practices with tools like Jest, Angular Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress, and CI pipeline integration.
  • Willingness to learn accessibility, security, and performance best practices across the full stack.
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn from peers and mentors.
  • Willingness to learn data-driven approaches, aligning engineering decisions with measurable impact.

Preferred

  • Interest in learning GraphQL federation, persisted queries, and client caching strategies (Apollo).
  • Exposure to database technologies (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar) and ORM frameworks.
  • Exposure to analytics pipelines or dashboards over Azure Data Explorer (ADX).
  • Interest in SaaS scale-ups or B2B platforms, ideally within IoT or industrial technology environments.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field – Preferred

Why Join Verifi

  • Be part of a global innovation movement transforming how the construction industry operates.
  • Work in a fast-paced, scale-up environment backed by Saint-Gobain's global resources.
  • Learn from world-class engineers, designers, and product leaders shaping an industry-leading SaaS ecosystem.
  • Build meaningful technology that directly supports decarbonization and sustainability goals across the built world.
