Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications. Implement backend APIs and responsive frontends, deploy to cloud, ensure security/performance, write tests, debug issues, participate in reviews, and mentor junior developers.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality software.
- Implement robust, scalable, and maintainable backend APIs and services.
- Build responsive, dynamic frontend interfaces with clean UI/UX principles.
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or equivalent).
- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
- Write automated tests and participate in code reviews.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as a Full Stack Developer.
- Program Language: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#
- Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Backend: Node.js, Flask, FastAPI, Django, Spring Boot, .Net
- Database: PostgreSQL, SQL, MongoDB
- Cloud & DevOps experience: Azure, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes (optional)
- RESTful APIs, WebSockets, Git version control, Agile/Scrum practices
- Strong problem-solving, excellent communication, proactive, team-oriented
- Fluent English (C1+) for technical discussions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML integrations or LLM APIs.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Experience in SaaS products or enterprise-grade systems.
- Knowledge of security best practices and GDPR/Compliance standards.
- Previous remote work experience with distributed teams.
