About the Role:

As a Full Stack Engineer at WerQ AI, you will play a pivotal role in refining and expanding our platform. We're nearing the final phase of beta testing, and your expertise will be crucial finalizing remaining features, ensuring a seamless user experience as we launch publicly, and laying the foundation for our future development goals.

You'll be responsible for architecting and implementing core features, integrating AI-driven insights, and optimizing performance across the stack. If you're excited about building innovative, user-centric solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth startup, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable web applications using NestJS and Next.js, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.

  • Database Management: Design, implement, and maintain PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and efficient query handling.

  • UI/UX Implementation: Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces with Tailwind CSS, translating design mockups into high-quality code.

  • AI Integration: Collaborate on integrating LangChain to enhance AI-driven features, ensuring the platform leverages cutting-edge AI technologies.

  • Authentication and User Management: Implement and manage user authentication and authorization processes using Clerk, ensuring secure and seamless user experiences.

  • Automated Testing and Scripting: Utilize Puppeteer for end-to-end testing and automation tasks, ensuring the reliability and performance of web applications.

Salary: $150,000-$200,000 + Equity

During the final six weeks of our beta, actively securing growth funding while preparing for our public launch in April 2025, when user-driven revenue begins. At that time, this role will transition into a full-time salaried position within the above annual range.
