Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Project Manager to join our Global Business Services (GBS) Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) team.
In this role, you’ll serve as a vital link between fundamental operational support and strategic initiative leadership, ensuring cross-functional business projects are executed with clarity and discipline. You will have the opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of standard to moderately complex projects, driving business results that align directly with key performance, financial, and quality goals. Joining a collaborative global team, your daily work will help standardize enterprise capabilities and continuously elevate how we deliver value to our internal and external partners.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Lead Project Execution & Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for assigned projects to meet business goals.
Manage Financials & Budgets: Support financial tracking, actuals-versus-budget analysis, and forecasting to keep project spending aligned with targets.
Mitigate Risks & Issues: Proactively identify and resolve project risks while aligning dependencies with broader change management considerations.
Track & Report Metrics: Collect and analyze project data to deliver clear, timely status updates and KPI reporting to stakeholders.
Facilitate Governance & Improvement: Coordinate cross-functional team meetings, maintain governance standards, and capture lessons learned to optimize EPMO processes.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years of experience in project management or project support roles (or a Master's degree).
Solid understanding and practical application of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
Proven proficiency in analyzing project data, tracking KPIs, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with experience collaborating across matrixed, cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with digital collaboration and project management platforms, including Google Workspace and tools like monday.com.
PMP or CAPM certification is considered a distinct advantage.

Reasonably expected salary range: $74,300.00 - $92,900.00Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
