About the Role

As General Counsel at Myriad360, you are a key driver of the company’s growth, not just its legal function. You will partner closely with the executive team to shape strategy, execute mergers and acquisitions and structure high-impact deals that accelerate the business.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will own transactions end-to-end, build scalable legal frameworks and enable the company to move quickly and confidently in a complex technology landscape.

You have led M&A transactions from start to finish and thrive in high-stakes, fast-moving environments. You are confident at the executive table but equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get deals done.

You know how to balance risk without slowing momentum. You take ownership, operate with urgency, and build trust across teams.

Above all, you are a builder and an enabler, helping Myriad360 scale smarter, move faster, and execute with confidence.
