About the Role

We are seeking a Inside HCP Sales Evaluator to review and assess HCP-facing Voice AI sales interactions. In this contractor role, you will listen to and interact with AI-led sales calls and evaluate whether the agent communicates effectively, handles objections appropriately, and operates within expected commercial and compliance standards.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in pharma sales or inside/virtual sales, who understands what effective selling to HCPs sounds like and is comfortable making judgment calls on sales quality, messaging, and professionalism.

You’ll work on a flexible schedule, typically averaging 10–20 hours per week, reviewing calls and documenting structured feedback across predefined evaluation criteria.

What You'll Do
  • Listen to and evaluate HCP-facing Voice AI sales calls, including prospecting, detailing, objection handling, and follow-up.

  • Assess sales effectiveness, message clarity, professionalism, and appropriate compliance behavior.

  • Identify weak messaging, poor objection handling, or inappropriate sales tactics.

  • Score calls using defined rubrics and provide clear, actionable feedback.

  • Flag potential performance or compliance risks.

What You Bring

Must-Have:

  • 2–5+ years of experience in pharma sales, medical device sales, or inside/virtual HCP-facing sales roles.

  • Direct experience communicating with HCPs in a commercial sales context.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to make clear, precise judgment calls when evaluating sales performance.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Reliable access to a computer and high-speed internet.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience reviewing recorded sales calls for quality or performance.

  • Familiarity with virtual detailing platforms, CRMs, or call review tools.

  • Experience selling specialty or complex therapies.

  • Exposure to regulated commercial environments.

  • Experience with digital or AI-enabled sales tools.

Join us and help build the future of safe, life-changing AI in healthcare. There’s never been a more exciting moment to make an impact.
