Lead strategy and execution to grow Venture Lane as a founder-first startup hub. Own financial performance, revenue, occupancy, and partnerships. Manage programming, community curation, sales, and day-to-day space operations. Build and lead a lean team, improve systems and processes, and deliver measurable outcomes for early-stage B2B founders.

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on General Manager to take the lead in scaling RELEX’s most promising emerging product, RELEX Diagnostics. You’ll own the journey from early traction to repeatable commercial success - shaping go-to-market strategy, refining product direction, and building the operational foundation for sustainable growth.

RELEX Diagnostics pinpoints the root causes for stockouts, spoilage, and excess stock in stores and distribution centers. It uses AI to analyze your data and deliver practical insights and recommendations to solve availability and waste problems, eliminating time-consuming manual analysis.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at the intersection of product, sales, and strategy - ideal for someone with a founder’s mindset and a passion for moving fast, learning from customers, and turning ambiguity into momentum.

By working closely with Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams, you’ll ensure strategies are well-integrated, customer-informed, and aligned with RELEX’s broader business goals. This is a high-impact role focused on turning innovation into scalable business value.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution: messaging, pricing, packaging, and early sales
  • Shape the product roadmap through market and commercial feedback
  • Build scalable sales motions beyond early adopters
  • Ensure early customer implementations succeed and serve as reference cases
  • Treat the product as your own - with full accountability for outcomes and customer value
  • Coordinate across functions to enable fast iteration and tight feedback loops

What You’ll Bring

  • A founder’s mindset: hands-on, iterative, and driven by outcomes
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution skills
  • Commercial sharpness and customer storytelling skills
  • Ability to influence and align teams across Product, Sales, and Services
  • Comfort with ambiguity, experimentation, and fast decision-making
  • Mobility: you’ll spend significant time with customers (this isn’t a desk-only role)

Why this role matters

At RELEX, we’re known for building high-quality products and growing our core offerings. Now, we’re focused on unlocking a new challenge: turning promising early-stage products into scalable, revenue-generating businesses. To do this, we need to strengthen how we move from initial customer validation to commercial success. That means:

  • Establishing clear ownership for product commercialization, early customer engagement, and delivery success
  • Building scalable foundations while preserving the agility early-stage products need to thrive
  • Driving fast iteration cycles based on real-world usage and rapid go-to-market experimentation
  • Creating tight feedback loops and coordinated cross-functional execution to accelerate learning, product-market fit, and growth

This role will lead that transformation—laying the strategic and operational groundwork that emerging product needs to succeed at scale. Ready to lead the next big thing at RELEX? Apply now.
