Cision/Brandwatch is looking for a Global Account Director to drive strategic growth and expansion across a portfolio of our most valuable Fortune 100 customers. Sitting at the intersection of insight, innovation, and influence, this role is built for a commercially minded leader who thrives on building partnerships that scale.
You’ll act as the commercial quarterback leading the revenue strategy across your accounts while collaborating closely with customer success, product, and insights teams to unlock new value.

What You’ll Own:
• Strategic growth plans: You’ll develop and own the go-to-market and expansion strategy for each assigned customer, aligned to revenue goals and account potential.
• Executive alignment: Build and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure Brandwatch/Cision is positioned as a strategic partner - not just a vendor.
• Revenue growth: Own the forecast and commercial pipeline across renewals, expansions, and new divisions - meeting and exceeding quota targets.
• Opportunity identification: Proactively uncover and pursue whitespace opportunities across new regions, use cases, or lines of business.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Act as the strategic bridge between Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services - ensuring account growth is supported from every angle.
• Account strategy & governance: Lead internal and external strategy sessions to ensure alignment on business priorities, executive engagement, and expansion milestones.
• Field engagement: Travel onsite (minimum 30%) to build relationships, advance deal cycles, and lead strategic business reviews.

What You Bring:
• 8+ years in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or revenue leadership roles, ideally in SaaS, MarTech, or data-driven tech
• A proven ability to grow global enterprise accounts through a combination of relationship building and strategic deal-making
• Confidence navigating complex org structures and securing alignment across multiple stakeholders
• A strong understanding of how social, earned, and consumer data can drive business outcomes across marketing, communications, and brand strategy
• Comfortable owning a commercial target and building an expansion pipeline across existing logos
• Skilled at managing internal stakeholders, bringing teams together to support the bigger picture
• Executive presence and consultative acumen - able to speak the language of CMOs, Heads of Insights, and Strategy Leaders
