What we're looking for:

As a Global Compensation Partner you will participate in the design and implementation of global compensation projects for the company and will work closely with HRBPs and advise them on implementing programs in the most effective manner to promote employee engagement. You will participate in the design of global compensation programs to promote market competitiveness and align with business objectives. You will participate in compensation surveys to analyze the company's competitive position, assist with offers and review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines recommending company salary structure movement and salary increase budgets. In addition, you will help ensure compliance with FLSA, conduct special studies and make recommendations on subjects such as incentive plans and equity programs. You will help ensure compliance with local laws governing compensation practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a consultant to the HR team to guide their decision-making for hiring, promotions, specific organizational program design, quarterly bonus program and annual compensation program implementation. 

  • Support team in performing all functions related to RingCentral’s total compensation and reward programs, worldwide, to ensure our programs are in alignment with our compensation philosophy and program objectives.

  • Participate in the design, implementation & administration of new and existing compensation programs, policies and procedures including base pay, short and long-term incentive programs, and bonus programs. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Conduct job audits and evaluations and maintain job documentation.

  • Conduct market survey benchmarking and various types of Radford surveys

  • Assist with gathering and prepping data for Annual Executive Compensation exercise

  • Prepare quarterly bonus payout files for exempt employees on annual bonus plan

  • Assist in the design and administration of the Salary Review, Pay Equity Review, etc. 

  • Assist with communication and training programs on compensation topics for HR and managers to promote understanding and effective utilization of programs. 

  • Participate in the development and implementation of systems for management of compensation programs, including quarterly bonus programs, annual pay programs, and equity programs.

  • Act as point person on maintaining Compensation email Inbox

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience in global compensation 

  • Experience within a high-tech industry preferred

  • Functional knowledge of Compensation business processes 

  • Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & excellent report writing skills

  • Analytical and consultative, with a high level of attention to detail 

  • Operates with direction from manager on a day-to-day basis and is responsive to deadlines

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with sense of urgency for meeting commitments and completing assignments

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Positive team player, cooperative, self-motivated, courteous and professional attitude

  • Intermediate systems skills with Excel and HR systems such as Workday

  • Hands-on in-depth experience managing compensation program implementation and roll out 

  • Excellent analytical, compensation modeling and problem-solving skills 

  • Willingness to embrace change 

  • Must be able to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all time
