We are seeking an experienced Corporate Events Manager (Global) to lead strategic event programs spanning large-scale industry conferences, global sales meetings, executive customer programs, and high-impact experiential initiatives, including sporting partnerships. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Brand, Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Executive Leadership, and Regional Marketing to deliver exceptional event experiences that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Global Event Execution: Own the end-to-end management of cybersecurity focused events worldwide, including industry trade shows (e.g. Black Hat), global Sales Kickoff (SKO), Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, customer events, and branded sporting experiences. Ensure flawless execution and measurable business impact.
  • Manage Global Sales Kickoff (SKO): Lead the planning and execution of the company's annual global Sales Kickoff, partnering closely with Sales Leadership, Enablement, Product Marketing, HR, and Executive teams to deliver a best-in-class employee experience. Oversee venue selection, agenda logistics, production, vendor management, attendee experience, and onsite execution.
  • Lead Customer Advisory Board (CAB) Meetings: Plan and execute executive-level Customer Advisory Board meetings in partnership with Customer Success, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership. Manage all event logistics, executive engagement, customer experience, and meeting operations to foster strategic customer relationships and gather valuable business insights.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing: Drive alignment on creative direction and experiential strategies for global events. Develop integrated campaigns and immersive brand experiences in partnership with the Corporate Marketing team.
  • Onsite Execution: Oversee all aspects of onsite operations, including booth and venue installation, staffing coordination, schedule management, and real-time issue resolution to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Post-Event Operations: Lead post-event debriefs and provide detailed impact assessments, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations to Marketing and Brand teams for continuous improvement.
  • Vendor and Budget Management: Manage third-party vendors, including contract negotiation, service quality, and delivery timelines. Develop and maintain event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business priorities.
  • Oversee ancillary events, including webinars, executive roundtables, and roadshows that extend the reach of key campaigns.
  • Manage event technology platforms and tools to support registration, attendee engagement, and reporting.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on event KPIs and ROI, using insights to optimize future programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate event management, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record of executing high-profile global events, including industry conferences, executive customer events, Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), and large internal meetings such as Sales Kickoffs.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional planning committees.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across global time zones.
  • Experience managing sports hospitality events or brand activations tied to global sporting properties is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation strategies and how events contribute to pipeline, customer engagement, and brand objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Cvent, Splash, and other event management platforms.

A reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role, at the time of posting, is $190,000- $220,000. Cato operates from a high place of trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications.
