As a Program Manager at Micron Technology in the Global Facilities Operations Alignment team, you will support the facilities teams at front-end manufacturing and Assembly Test sites. In this role, you will lead assigned programs. These include governance of Global Facilities procedures and initiatives, training, management of change, and performance reporting. You will collaborate with the site contacts, your fellow team members within Global Facilities Operations Team, Engineering Team and Regional Team.

As a Program Manager at Micron Technology in the Global Facilities Operations Alignment team, you will support the facilities teams at front-end manufacturing and Assembly Test sites. You will lead:
- Collaborating with site representatives and Global Facilities team members to identify, develop, and implement processes, programs, and applications. Dedicated to improving Facilities system reliability and performance within the Facilities network.
- Identifying the program implementation package (e.g. process, metrics, application, training, documentation) and supporting the site teams in planning and execution
- Monitoring, measuring and reporting out the progress of program implementation and compliance, and overcoming challenges and roadblocks for the site teams
- Ensuring sites follow the Global Facilities processes, programs and applications
- Evaluating efficiency of the programs, identifying lessons learned and sharing within the Facilities network
- Driving continuous improvement by consolidating feedback from the site teams and Global Facilities teams for improvement opportunities
- Conducting data and site audits as needed to ensure compliance with processes and programs with detailed audit reports of findings and actions to resolve non-compliance issues accurately
- Collaborating with Global Facilities teams to identify benchmark data and support the effort to drive Best-in-Class (BIC) performance across the network through innovative solutions
Training and Development:
- Keep up to date on with assigned training
- Hold self and others accountable for meeting goals and action items from programs, meetings and conversations

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or equivalent experience
Required Experience:
- Two or more years spent in Project/Program Management
- Two or more years spent in Facilities Operations and Maintenance or Engineering
- Experience in leading multiple programs and collaborating with all internal and external partners and consultants
- Strong interpersonal abilities, ensuring clear and sound communication
- Proven track record to resolve problems across multi-functional and diverse cultural groups within and outside facilities
- Ability to foster strong relationships from cross-functional and multi-cultural groups
- Exceptional customer focus
- Capable of compiling executive level reports and presentation materials
- Proficient with Microsoft Office include PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc
Professional Certifications (desired):
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
