  • Vision & Architecture: You drive technology selection and ensure robust system architecture, aligning solutions with standards

  • Leadership & Culture: You lead and develop global teams while fostering a collaborative, innovation-driven work environment

  • Financial Management: You oversee budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation, financial transparency, and ROI maximization

  • Governance: You establish and enforce security, and governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices and KPIs

  • Demand Management: You align system improvements with business requirements, overseeing demand, risk, and change management processes

  • Project Management: You support and manage large-scale ERP and Enterprise Application projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality outcomes

  • Operational Excellence: You continuously optimize processes, enabling efficient IT operations and business transformation

Qualifications:

  • You own extensive experience in managing global ERP systems (SAP) and Enterprise Applications

  • You combine strong strategic orientation with operational rigor and attention to detail

  • You offer a robust knowledge of best practices in IT governance, architecture, and business process optimization

  • You possess proven leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the capability to motivate diverse global teams

  • You combine excellent budget management with analytical, and decision-making abilities

  • You can fluently communicate in English (min. C1 level. German is a Plus) to articulate technology strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders
