Candidates outside the U.S. must be able to work during U.S. business hours (Pacific or Eastern Time) to ensure real-time collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a regulatory subject matter expert across 150+ country approval schemes.

Act as the main liaison between the client and iCertifi—ensuring client needs, questions, and concerns are understood and addressed.

Support clients with clear guidance on technical requirements, regulatory pathways, and approval strategies for wireless, IoT, telecom, and electronic products.

Identify opportunities for global expansion and provide strategic recommendations for entering new markets.

Maintain regular engagement with assigned clients to ensure satisfaction, compliance readiness, and awareness of regulatory updates.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client priorities are clearly communicated and supported throughout the certification process.

Assist in the development of compliance plans tailored to each client's portfolio and go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of direct experience in global market access and type approval certifications.

Strong understanding of international regulatory bodies and frameworks (e.g., FCC, CE, ISED, ANATEL, SRRC, SIRIM, SUBTEL, etc.).

Familiarity with wireless and telecom technologies such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LTE/5G, SRD, RFID, and IoT devices.

Skilled in interpreting global certification rules, labelling guidelines, and local representative requirements.

Excellent written and spoken English is required, with the ability to communicate regulatory concepts to global clients clearly.

Proven experience in a client-facing or advisory capacity, with a focus on building and nurturing long-term relationships.

Must be available to work U.S. business hours (Pacific or Eastern Time), regardless of geographic location.

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
