Global Partnership & Strategic Alliances Manager

Location: Remote-based in USA
Reports to: VP of Sales

Virtuozzo is building the next generation of cloud infrastructure software for service providers—and we’re looking for someone to build and scale the partner ecosystem behind it. This is not a “maintain existing partners” role. This is for someone who can design the partner engine and then make it produce revenue globally.

You will own two critical pillars:

  • Building and operating a high-performing Channel Partner Program
  • Developing strategic alliances with CSPs, MSPs, and ISVs

If you understand how service providers think, how partner ecosystems scale, and how to turn partnerships into real revenue—this role gives you the platform to do it globally.

What You’ll Be Doing

🔧 Build the Partner Engine

  • Design and launch a tiered global channel program (structure, incentives, certifications)
  • Create a scalable Partner Playbook (onboarding, enablement, co-selling, co-marketing)
  • Own partner lifecycle: recruitment → enablement → performance → growth
  • Manage and optimize partner tools (portal, deal registration, pipeline tracking)

🤝 Drive Strategic Alliances

  • Identify and recruit high-impact partners across MSPs, CSPs, and ISVs
  • Develop compelling “better together” value propositions
  • Align with partner executives to ensure long-term strategic fit and roadmap alignment
  • Act as the face of Virtuozzo in key global partner relationships

📈 Own Partner Revenue Impact

  • Drive partner-originated and partner-influenced revenue
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners
  • Identify gaps, unblock deals, and optimize joint go-to-market execution
  • Continuously benchmark and evolve our program against the market

Who This Is For

  • You’ve built or scaled channel or alliance programs in cloud, IaaS, or infrastructure software
  • You understand how MSPs, CSPs, and service providers operate and make money
  • You can operate at both levels:
    • Strategic (program design, partnerships, GTM)
    • Operational (execution, enablement, pipeline impact)
  • You’re comfortable engaging C-level stakeholders and influencing outcomes
  • You know how to turn partnerships into real, measurable revenue

What You Bring

  • 5–10 years in Channel, Alliances, or Partner Management in cloud/infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Virtualization
    • Cloud / IaaS platforms
    • Hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI)
    • Service provider ecosystem
  • Proven ability to build programs, not just run them
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience working across global markets (Americas, EMEA, APJ)
