As Global Quality Senior Engineering Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for working with leadership teams and peers to manage worldwide portfolio of quality controls strategies projects and business processes which align Corporate Quality Goals.
You will be responsible for managing Quality Process Control related projects or systems, providing standard procedure across all AT manufacturing sites (including identified subcons) to meet Micron Quality Standard Requirement.
You are to manage Internal Micron and Subcons Control Engineering segments, leading a team covering DLs, FMEA and QCP processes driving Best-in-Class Quality. You will be partnering with cross functional team developing innovating solutions leading to Quality Excellence

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, review, and revise strategy for Quality Engineering solutions, and programs to ensure best in class systems, processes, analytics, and metrics
- Work with SMAI/IT, Central Engineering Team, Sites Engineering and Quality Partners, Global business process owners, and stakeholders to manage and continuously improve Control Engineering Systems
- Assign and work with Quality Engineering Global Process and solutions owners within the Quality Engineering team to develop and improve effective business processes for managing Control Signals and compliance
- Lead the team to develop and improve control systems using FMEA based risk mitigation process. This includes New Product/Package Introduction and Customer Requirements, ensuring product to meet Quality and Reliability specification.
- Champion control engineering strategies and metrics, directing process variation reduction and deviation prevention throughout the control points in manufacturing process.
- Enforce Quality Culture mindset working together with manufacturing site partners through strong communication platform, leveraging Quality Improvement Teams, applying Quality Tools and Methodologies.
- Manage and grow team members to their fullest potential by encouraging them take challenges and also recognizing their accomplishments
Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor industry with managerial experience
- Strong leadership capability and good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of organization.
- Experience in Business Process Management, Process Control Systems, and quality tools/methodologies (6 sigma)
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, Inquisitive and strong follow through
- Good knowledge in SPC, Stats and control systems with good hands on with data analysis
- Prior experience in HBM PWF/ASM technical/engineering areas is a plus.
