You will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders across the organization, build and implement AI-enabled solutions, and measure how your work improves productivity. This is a hands-on role where your ideas can lead to visible, measurable change.

The Role

  • Build & Implement AI Solutions
  • Help design and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot, agents, chatbots, Excel automation, and other AI-enabled tools. You'll have the opportunity to see your ideas move from concept to implementation and directly measure their impact on the business.

  • Support Sales Process Documentation
  • Support the documentation of key sales processes, workflows, and best practices to create clear, user-friendly reference materials that help sales teams work more consistently and efficiently across regions and successfully pass Audit ISO 9001:2015.

    The Outcomes

    • Identify and document key productivity challenges affecting the global Sales organization.
    • Share recommendations and action plans to address high-impact opportunities.
    • Create and maintain clear sales process documentation that supports consistent execution and knowledge sharing across the global Sales organization.
    • Implement AI-enabled solutions that reduce administrative and low-value activities.
