The Vice President, Global Alliances at Fusion Risk Management is responsible for leading and expanding Fusion's strategic partnerships with the Big 4 consulting firms. Based in the United States, this role carries a global remit across North America, EMEA, APAC, and emerging markets. The Manager will be accountable for driving sales growth through joint go-to-market strategies, executive relationship development, and delivery of measurable business outcomes.

Deliver measurable growth in sourced revenue, expand partner offerings, and provide executive reporting.
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual base salary range for this position is $180,000-227,000, depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for variable commissions. In addition, Fusion offers a comprehensive suite of employee benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Extensive experience working with or within a Big 4 consulting firm.
- Proven success in building strategic alliances and executing joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and project management skills.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to create repeatable processes.
- Executive selling and business development expertise.
- Innovative, forward-thinking mindset.
- Willingness to travel globally up to 25%.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in partner or alliance sales (preferably with advisory/consultancy firms or software vendors).
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
