Exclusive Networks USA, Inc. seeks a Global Senior NetSuite Consultant (ref.# 6003) in Fremont, CA, to analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget for NetSuite adaptation projects. Serve as the main point of contact for ERP questions and support across the globe. Communicate with key stakeholders (business managers, directors, and C-Suite personnel) globally for the North American market to determine project requirements and objectives. Promote solutions and processes in adherence with the NetSuite CORE global design philosophy alongside the enterprise resource planning (ERP)’s leading practices. Identify legacy processes and design where significant operational improvement can be implemented and provide corresponding solutions. Provide project plans by synthesizing information into a coherent story, strategic vision, and implementation roadmap. Understand the usage and consumption of Data in the company’s chosen ERP (NetSuite). Monitor project milestones and deliverables. Set and deliver key performing indicators and service level agreements. Adhere to and reinforce the ERP projects’ Finance and IT Data Governance polices. Participate in onboarding subsidiaries with legacy systems and newly acquired companies onto the NetSuite CORE global ERP, including data migration as well as configuration activities. Remote work permitted 100% of time.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field plus 5 years of experience. Special Skills: ERP Implementation experience in functional areas and End to End processes covered by ERP; Documentation of functional and technical specifications; finance and accounting skills; application documentation, training development and training delivery. The required skill set does not need to be maintained over the full term of the required experience. Salary range: from one hundred and sixty-four thousand seven hundred and fifteen dollars to two hundred and forty-seven thousand and seventy-three dollars per year.
