What You’ll Do
  • Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing administration of global Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, recognition, wellbeing, and incentive programs.
  • Support the evolution of Total Rewards philosophy, frameworks, and programs in alignment with business and talent objectives.
  • Establish appropriate governance, controls, processes, and documentation to support consistent and compliant program administration.
  • Monitor global market and regulatory developments and assess implications for Total Rewards programs and practices.
  • Support compensation philosophy, pay structures, job architecture, market benchmarking, and pay equity initiatives.
  • Lead annual compensation processes, including merit, incentive, and other reward cycles, in partnership with HR and Finance.
  • Analyze compensation data and trends to identify opportunities, risks, and areas requiring attention.
  • Provide compensation guidance and support to HR leaders and managers.
  • Manage global benefits programs and vendor relationships, ensuring programs are competitive, cost-effective, compliant, and aligned with employee needs.
  • Oversee recognition and wellbeing programs and identify opportunities to strengthen employee engagement and program effectiveness.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness, utilization, cost, and employee experience to inform ongoing program improvements.
  • Use market data, workforce analytics, and financial insights to inform Total Rewards decisions and recommendations.
  • Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial modeling related to Total Rewards programs.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate reporting and metrics to monitor program performance and identify trends.
  • Partner closely with the HR Technology team to streamline Total Rewards processes, improve data and reporting capabilities, and automate administrative activities.
  • Identify and lead opportunities to leverage AI, automation, self-service, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, decision-making, and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with HR Technology to translate functional requirements into effective technology-enabled solutions while maintaining functional ownership of Total Rewards processes.
  • Manage external consultants, brokers, vendors, and other strategic partners supporting Total Rewards programs.
  • Build effective partnerships with HR, Finance, Legal, business leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Support M&A, organizational changes, and other strategic initiatives requiring Total Rewards expertise.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Professional certification in Compensation, Benefits, Human Resources, or a related discipline is a plus.
  • Extensive progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, or a related HR discipline
  • Experience supporting global or multi-country HR programs preferred.
  • Broad experience designing, implementing, and administering compensation and benefits programs.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-country employee populations.
  • Strong background in market benchmarking, pay structures, pay equity, and annual compensation processes.
  • Demonstrated success managing vendors, consultants, and cross-functional projects.
  • Experience using data and analytics to inform Total Rewards strategy and business decisions.
  • Exposure to process improvement, automation, and technology-enabled HR solutions preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Total Rewards principles, practices, and market trends.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits compliance requirements across multiple countries.

  • Compensation Transparency: The expected compensation range for this role is 130.000 - 140.000 USD annually, with eligibility for bonus, or other incentive compensation where applicable. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location within the United States, and business needs.
