Group: Impossible Cloud / Impossible Cloud Network (ICN)
Focus: Bridging Enterprise Storage & Decentralized GPU Orchestration

The Mission

Impossible Cloud has revolutionized enterprise storage with a patented, decentralized object storage, offering cost-effective, high-performance infrastructure. We are expanding this foundation to build the next-generation AI-first platform encompassing storage, compute, and GPU capabilities.

We are seeking a high-impact, hands-on AI and GPU Infrastructure GTM Champion to drive Impossible Cloud's traction in building the infrastructure for Agentic AI. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing AI infrastructure company at a pivotal moment, owning the GTM strategy from playbook creation to scaling a high-performing sales organization.

You will partner with the founders, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to turn a viral product into a predictable, scalable enterprise revenue machine. We thrive on a culture of relentless innovation, ownership, and accountability, where every team member drives their work with excellence and urgency.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive Impossible Cloud’s global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, including market segmentation, value propositions, pricing, and packaging for GPU cloud and AI infrastructure, targeting enterprise, startups, and research segments.
- Establish scalable customer acquisition and retention strategies through direct sales, channel, and partnerships, driving commercial enablement and managing the client buying journey (commercial and technical).
- Build and lead a high-performing global GTM team (presales, direct sales, partnerships, solutions engineering, marketing, and customer success), developing playbooks and performance metrics, and fostering a culture of customer obsession and excellence.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to align GTM plans with the roadmap, channeling direct client insights, and collecting market and competitive intelligence to anticipate shifts in AI and cloud adoption.
- Identify, close, and lead strategic partnerships (AI companies, ISVs, integrators, cloud marketplaces) and client engagements with Enterprise and AI Native customers, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Drive thought leadership and market presence via industry events, content, and executive engagement.

Who You Are

- 8-10+ years of Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership experience in cloud, infrastructure, or AI technology companies.
- Deep technical expertise in GPUs, cloud technologies, and AI/ML workloads.
- Proven track record of building and executing successful global GTM strategies and scaling revenue in high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ability to scale global technical GTM teams effectively.
- Strong experience developing and managing strategic partnerships and ecosystem plays.
- Deep understanding of GPU cloud, AI/ML workloads, and enterprise adoption dynamics.
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to engage, communicate, and build trust at both technical and business levels.
- Track record of building trusted client and partner relationships through effective customer discovery.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, international scale-up environment.

The "Impossible" Difference

You will be working across two organizations that are rewriting the rules of the internet.
- In Impossible Cloud, you leverage the stability of a leading European storage provider.
- In ICN, you operate at the bleeding edge of DePIN, helping to build a protocol that could eventually surpass the combined capacity of AWS and Google.
