Who We Are

At Yuno, we are building the payment infrastructure that allows all companies to participate in the global market. Founded by seasoned experts from the payments and tech industries, our technology provides access to leading payment capabilities, enabling companies to engage customers confidently and maintain global operations through seamless integrations.

We empower high-performing teams at brands like InDrive, McDonald's, Rappi, and Viva Aerobus to integrate over 1,000 payment methods via a single API. By leveraging advanced AI and the latest technologies, we orchestrate smart routing and fraud prevention across 80+ countries.

About The Role

We are orchestrating the best high-performing team!

We're looking for a Lead GTM Engineer to own the AI strategy behind our pre-sales team. This isn't a traditional Sales Ops role. You'll act as the go-to technical authority for our Solutions Engineers and pre-sales team, setting the direction for how AI and automation transform technical discovery, demos, and deal cycles — not just building tools, but defining what should be built, why, and in what order.

You will architect the roadmap for agents, workflows, and automations that touch every part of the pre-sales process — from technical discovery and demo prep to RFP/RFI responses, security questionnaires, and POC support. Things move fast here, and priorities shift as the business grows. We need someone with the resilience to keep pushing through ambiguity and the excellence to make sure every automation that ships actually holds up in front of real prospects and real deals.

Beyond building, you'll mentor and set the technical bar for how the team approaches AI tooling, and you'll partner directly with Solutions Engineering and Sales leadership to translate business priorities into a clear automation roadmap. You'll be measured by the adoption, reliability, and business impact of what you and the systems you design deliver — not by how sophisticated the tech stack looks on paper.

If you're obsessed with AI tooling, have already led automation or GTM engineering initiatives, and want to shape Yuno's entire pre-sales engine from the ground up — this role is for you.

Your contribution will be

  • Define and own the AI/automation roadmap for the pre-sales team

  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations for the pre-sales team

  • Map the pre-sales process end-to-end to identify the highest-leverage automation opportunities

  • Automate and accelerate RFP/RFI responses and security/compliance questionnaires

  • Build tools that speed up technical discovery, demo prep, and POC execution

  • Integrate AI tools with our CRM, proposal, and knowledge management systems

  • Set technical standards and best practices for AI tooling across the pre-sales function

  • Mentor other GTM Engineers and act as a technical reference for the team

  • Partner with Solutions Engineering and Sales leadership to align the roadmap with business priorities

  • Prototype quickly, test with Solutions Engineers, and iterate based on real usage

  • Monitor automation performance and continuously optimize for reliability and impact

  • Partner with Marketing to support and automate inbound lead handling

  • Present progress, results, and roadmap decisions to leadership

Skills You Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent English

  • +5 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar technical/commercial hybrid roles

  • Proven track record leading or owning automation/AI initiatives end-to-end, not just executing on someone else's spec

  • Hands-on experience building automations and AI agents (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, custom scripts, LLM APIs)

  • Solid understanding of pre-sales workflows (discovery, demos, RFPs, POCs)

  • Comfortable working with technical concepts such as APIs and integrations

  • Proficiency with CRM and proposal/knowledge management tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

  • Strong coding skills (Python, JavaScript) to build and maintain custom integrations

  • Experience mentoring other engineers or setting technical direction for a team

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

  • Excellent communication skills to work directly with non-technical and senior stakeholders

  • Self-starter mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
