Who We Are

At Yuno, we are building the payment infrastructure that allows all companies to participate in the global market. Founded by seasoned experts from the payments and tech industries, our technology provides access to leading payment capabilities, enabling companies to engage customers confidently and maintain global operations through seamless integrations.

We empower high-performing teams at brands like InDrive, McDonald's, Rappi, and Viva Aerobus to integrate over 1,000 payment methods via a single API. By leveraging advanced AI and the latest technologies, we orchestrate smart routing and fraud prevention across 80+ countries.

About The Role

We are orchestrating the best high-performing team!

We're looking for a GTM Engineer to become the AI engine behind our pre-sales team. This isn't a traditional Sales Ops role. You'll act as an internal consultant, embedded with our Solutions Engineers and pre-sales team, understanding the friction points that slow down technical discovery, demos, and deal cycles — and turning that friction into AI-powered solutions that let the team focus on what matters: helping prospects understand why Yuno is the right choice.

You will design and build agents, workflows, and automations that touch every part of the pre-sales process — from technical discovery and demo prep to research matters, security questionnaires, and cadences execution support. Things move fast here, and the tools that work today might need to evolve tomorrow. We need someone who treats change as fuel, not friction, constantly testing new models, platforms, and approaches to keep our pre-sales motion ahead of the curve.

Every automation you ship has to actually work — reliably, at scale, without creating more manual cleanup than it saves. We're not looking for flashy demos; we're looking for tools the pre-sales team trusts and uses every single day. You'll be measured by adoption and impact, not by how sophisticated the tech stack looks on paper.

If you're obsessed with AI tooling, love making other people's work easier, and want to build the systems behind Yuno's pre-sales engine from the ground up — this role is for you.

Your contribution will be

  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations for the pre-sales team.

  • Map the pre-sales process end-to-end to identify friction points and automation opportunities.

  • Automate and accelerate RFP/RFI responses and security/compliance questionnaires.

  • Build tools that speed up technical discovery, demo prep, and POC execution.

  • Integrate AI tools with our CRM, proposal, and knowledge management systems.

  • Prototype quickly, test with Solutions Engineers, and iterate based on real usage.

  • Train and support the pre-sales team on adopting new AI tools and workflows.

  • Monitor automation performance and continuously optimize for reliability and impact.

  • Stay ahead of new AI tools, models, and frameworks relevant to pre-sales and GTM.

  • Document workflows and automations so they're scalable and easy to maintain.

  • Partner with Marketing to support and automate inbound lead handling.

  • Solid understanding of pre-sales workflows (discovery, demos, RFPs, POCs)

  • Comfortable working with technical concepts such as APIs and integrations

  • Proficiency with CRM and proposal/knowledge management tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

  • Comfortable writing scripts or light code (Python, JavaScript) to build custom integrations

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

  • Excellent communication skills to work directly with non-technical stakeholders
