The summary above was generated by AI

We are seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Program Manager to be the operational backbone of NVIDIA’s Physical AI and Metropolis partner sales motions. In this role, you will design, coordinate, and track complex multi-stakeholder GTM programs that bring the NVIDIA ecosystem narrative to life and drive solutions to market across industries. From orchestrating sales trainings to scaling ecosystem relationships, you will be a primary driver of downstream sales activation and solution demand. You will work closely with NVIDIA developer relations, business development, partner marketing, and our OEM and channel partners to build clear, compelling programs that position NVIDIA and our ecosystem as ground-breaking for industrial and smart cities customers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive reporting and visibility of sales activities, including pipeline development and progression from ISVs, OEMs, and channel partners in SFDC.

  • Gather and manage sales enablement assets from NVIDIA software solution partners for distribution to reseller channels, inspiring the NVIDIA ecosystem to invest in joint demand-generation activities.

  • Activate sales motions by orchestrating sales programs and activities, coordinating scalable partner sales trainings, sales strategies, and demand-generation programs.

  • Coordinate engagement with NVIDIA’s worldwide field teams and key account managers to ensure partner sales success.

What we need to see:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, program management, or project management supporting B2B technology or solutions businesses.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven track record building and driving go-to-market programs with partners serving industrial or smart cities/customer infrastructure segments.

  • Strong organization and leadership skills to manage cross-functional projects, with the ability to navigate a matrixed organization and influence without authority.

  • Strong customer and partner relationship-management skills, with a focus on driving mutual revenue and joint success.

  • A self-starting, high-integrity individual with a passion for success, curiosity about business strategy, and excellent collaboration and communication skills across diverse internal teams.

  • Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) or equivalent CRM and reporting tools for pipeline, forecast, and activity management.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Familiarity with NVIDIA AI tools, ecosystems, frameworks, and developer workflows, especially in industrial automation or smart cities use cases.

  • Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent experience in business, go-to-market strategy, or computer science.

  • Strategic problem-solver who blends domain proficiency with technical curiosity and can create cohesive, outcome-focused storytelling across a complex ecosystem of partners.

  • Experience designing and driving sophisticated, multi-partner sales plays and GTM motions across OEM, ISV, and channel organizations.
