Hi-Line is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused professional to join our growing Government & National Accounts team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, supporting customers and sales teams, managing details, and building strong business relationships.

What You'll Do
  • Support government and national account customers
  • Coordinate customer onboarding and account setup
  • Manage contracts, pricing, and account documentation
  • Assist with bids, proposals, and contract renewals
  • Partner with Territory Managers on customer opportunities
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and customer communications
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Help ensure customers receive outstanding service from start to finish
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, sales support, contract administration, or project coordination
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working with customers by phone, email, and in person
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience with government contracts, GSA, cooperative purchasing, or national accounts is a plus—but we're willing to train the right candidate.
