About The Role

We’re hiring a Government Strategy & Partnerships Lead to help bring Brain Co.’s AI products into state, local, and federal government organizations. You’ll work directly with senior leadership and report to Marne Levine, COO, to develop relationships across government networks, unlock pilot programs, and navigate the complex processes required to deploy technology in public sector environments. This role is ideal for someone who understands the intersection of government operations, policy, and technology and wants to help modernize how public institutions operate.

What You’ll Do
  • Build relationships with leaders across state, local, and federal government

  • Navigate government procurement, contracting, and policy processes

  • Identify opportunities to pilot Brain Co. products with public sector partners

  • Develop partnerships with organizations such as mayoral offices, state agencies, and national government associations

  • Work closely with Brain Co. product and engineering teams to align government needs with product capabilities

  • Help design and scale our public sector go-to-market strategy

  • Build networks across civic, policy, and government communities

Who You Are

We are open to a range of backgrounds, including:

  • Former government officials or staff (mayor’s office, governor’s office, federal agencies)

  • Public sector technology leaders or SLED sales professionals

  • Policy operators or regulatory experts

  • Government affairs or lobbying professionals

  • Operators with deep networks across state and local government

You likely bring:

  • Deep understanding of how government institutions operate

  • Strong relationships across public sector networks

  • Experience navigating government procurement or contracting

  • Ability to operate in fast-moving startup environments

  • Curiosity about applying AI and emerging technologies to real-world problems
