About the Role
We are looking for an Automation Engineer to join our Information Systems team and help build scalable, automated, and reliable integrations across our enterprise application landscape. You will work primarily with our iPaaS platform (Workato) to support cross-functional business processes and deliver high-impact automations.
Job Requirements

• Outstanding graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science , or a related field.
• Familiarity with API integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth/SAML/JWT).
• Basic programming skills; JavaScript preferred (Ruby or Python also beneficial).
• Familiarity with iPaaS platforms such as Workato (preferred), Mulesoft, Boomi, or Zapier.
• Exposure to business systems like Salesforce, NetSuite , or similar SaaS tools.
• Understanding of automated workflows , data flows, and integration patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  Nice to Have
  
  • Experience with AI/LLM-based automations and prompt orchestration.
  • SQL or data transformation experience.
  • Experience or familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines .
  • Proven ability to quickly understand complex business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Understanding of enterprise process frameworks (Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, HR workflows, etc.).

Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations and automations using modern iPaaS and AI-driven automation platforms.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain integrations in Workato across enterprise systems (Legal, Product, Finance, Procurement, GTM, etc.).
• Work closely with Information Systems engineers to design scalable cross-company data flows and integrations across our SaaS ecosystem
• Build robust monitoring, logging, testing, and error-handling mechanisms to ensure reliability, observability, and high availability.
• Integrate with external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth/SAML/JWT authentication frameworks.
• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation , including architecture diagrams, data flows, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support continuous improvements in our integration architecture.
