This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, helping to elevate EBQ’s clients through innovative brand development. You will shape and bring to life our clients' stories and identities through stunning graphic design, web design, and other creative projects. Your work will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility and driving awareness, ensuring that our clients stand out in the marketplace.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop visual designs that effectively communicate product function and brand identity, web layouts, social ads, presentations, ebooks, etc.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with assigned clients in order to influence project direction
  • Work on multiple projects at one time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately
  • Solicit feedback and contribute constructively to design reviews
  • Assist in determining the message the design should portray and help to ensure branding consistency and quality, including the evolution and ongoing upkeep of templates & resources
  • Develop relationships with assigned clients to maintain a tight brand presence across these organizations
  • Accurately implement EBQ’s processes
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly target(s) established by supervisor
  • Retain training and direction from management
  • Adhere to company policies and values
  • Work effectively in a collaborative work environment and professionally represent EBQ to clients
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a similar field
  • Strong understanding of design principles
  • Proficiency with wireframing/UI/UX
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word
  • Process-oriented

Proficiency in the following tool sets is desirable but not required

  • WordPress WPBakery (or similar Page Builders)

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
