Syllo is seeking a creative and detail-oriented independent contractor experienced in creating highquality visual assets for a B2B technology audience. The ideal candidate will embrace the opportunity to execute design projects for a high-growth business, including ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects and the need to dynamically shift priorities depending on the company’s changing needs. Syllo’s product involves sophisticated AI and legal concepts. We are looking for a visual storyteller who can take dense technical information and translate it into intuitive, engaging graphics that lay people can easily understand. You will work to ensure our brand remains consistent across all external touchpoints, from sales collateral to digital ads. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Product Marketing and Executive Vice President. Ares of delivery will include: ● Information Design: Create infographics and diagrams that simplify complex technical workflows and legal AI concepts for sales decks and white papers. ● Sales Collateral Design: Layout and design professional one-pagers, case studies, and white papers that align with Syllo’s brand identity. ● Presentation Design: Design master templates for PowerPoint/Google Slides and provide high-level design support for high-stakes presentations. ● Digital Assets: Create compelling graphics and animations for social media posts, blog headers, email newsletters, and usable assets within video walkthroughs and animations. ● Ad Creative: Design eye-catching visual assets for PPC ads and display campaigns. ● Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve the company’s marketing style guide to ensure consistency across all channels. Qualifications: ● At least three years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a B2B tech or SaaS environment. ● Portfolio Requirement: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in information design, typography, and layout. Please specifically include examples where you visualized complex data or concepts. ● Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). ● Experience with presentation design software (PowerPoint, Google Slides) and collaborative design tools (Figma, Canva). ● Ability to work within established brand guidelines and design systems while finding creative ways to elevate the aesthetic. ● Experience standing up and managing a design system based asset generation system ● Experience with motion and animation creation platforms is a significant plus, but not required. ● Experience designing for the legal industry is a plus, but not required. ● Demonstrated ability to work independently and resourcefully on one’s own initiative. ● Qualified to work in and resident of the United States. ● Able to work in a remote environment.
