Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and produce a wide range of visual assets—including graphics, layouts, illustrations, and videos—for internal initiatives (employee events, communications) and external-facing campaigns (PR, social media, awards, tradeshows, product launches).
- Design materials such as posters, banners, email headers, intranet graphics, digital signage, web page assets, infographics, product launch materials, and social media content.
- Support events and tradeshows with cohesive visual design that communicates key messages and enhances attendee experience.
- Produce video content for internal communications and social media, ranging from quick-turn mobile footage to coordinating with external partners on polished, professional video projects.
- Develop and maintain corporate presentation templates and create high-visibility slide decks for events, webinars, customer meetings, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing and sales materials, including demo displays, sales enablement content, and other visual collateral.
- Organize and manage visual assets within the company’s digital asset management system, ensuring proper tagging, accessibility, and usability across teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Web Design, or related field.
- A systematic design mindset with the ability to create visually appealing work that functions effectively across formats and use cases.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design across digital, print, web, and video.
- 5+ years of experience in visual or graphic design, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva, Trello, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to gather requirements, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Interest in exploring new creative tools and formats, including emerging AI-driven design, image, and video technologies.
