About the Role

  • 20 hrs/week (or adjusted based on scope)

  • Unpaid, 6 month leadership program

  • Fully remote

  • Marketing team

  • OPT/CPT eligible

  • Able to commit to weekly 60-minute meetings (PST); Monday & Friday @10am Company Program Meeting, Monday @9am Team Meeting, Tuesday @10am Content Sync, Thursday @10am Team Deepwork, and several 1:1 coachings

Responsibilities

  • Design visually compelling digital assets aligned with brand and campaign objectives.

  • Develop graphics for social media, presentations, marketing materials, and web content.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual and digital touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams on campaigns and initiatives.

  • Support digital marketing efforts through creative content and visual storytelling.

  • Create and edit multimedia content (graphics, basic video, promotional visuals).

  • Contribute to social media and digital engagement strategies.

  • Revise and iterate designs based on feedback and performance insights.

  • Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.

  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or currently pursuing).

  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of visual design principles and layout composition.

  • Ability to translate ideas and concepts into engaging visual content.

  • Comfort working with digital marketing and social media content formats.

  • Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience creating digital marketing or social media graphics.

  • Basic understanding of branding and marketing strategy.

  • Familiarity with short-form content and visual engagement techniques.

  • Experience with basic video editing or motion graphics (a plus).

  • Understanding of audience-focused design and messaging.

  • Ability to adapt designs for different platforms and formats.

  • Portfolio demonstrating creative and visual design work.

  • Interest in consulting, marketing, or digital strategy environments.
