The Graphic Designer is responsible for managing the day-to-day creative production process and delivering high-quality, brand-aligned design solutions that support global marketing initiatives. This role ensures all visual outputs—internal and external—are on brand, compliant, delivered on time, and within budget.
As part of the Global Marketing team, this fully remote role partners cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product management, and external agencies to create compelling visual assets that support product launches, campaigns, website, trade shows, and go-to-market strategies.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead end-to-end creative production and brand execution across print, digital, and multimedia channels, delivering high-quality assets on time, on brand, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions by conceptualizing and executing effective design aligned to creative briefs, while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand integrity throughout review and approval workflows.
- Partner cross-functionally and with external agencies to deliver cohesive creative outcomes, continuously elevating creative quality through new ideas, tools, and best-in-class design practices informed by market and competitive insights.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in a marketing or commercial environment with proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong command of visual design fundamentals and best practices across print and digital media with proven ability to manage creative production and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners in a global environment
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Travel: ~10%
- Physical demands: while performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, stand, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; balance, stoop, bend, talk and hear.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- This position will require travel by car and flying in and out of airports with possible long wait times.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience with digital, multimedia, animation, or video production, including tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Familiarity with interactive, UX, or 2D/3D design approaches for web, apps, or immersive marketing experiences
- Experience supporting highly regulated or global organizations, with an understanding of structured review and approval processes

Work environment: this is a full-time remote position that offers flexibility and autonomy while working within a highly collaborative, global team environment. The role requires excellent virtual communication skills and the ability to manage projects and relationships across time zones. While primarily home-based, the position includes up to 10% travel for team meetings, customer visits, and industry conferences, as needed.

The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $83,000 – $145,500. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
