Revinate is looking for a multifaceted, metaphorical, and highly meticulous Graphic Designer to help define the visual future of hospitality. This isn’t a "production" role—it is a "problem-solving" role.
Working directly with our Creative Director, you will be the guardian of the Revinate brand across every global touchpoint. You are someone who finds the "metaphor" in complex B2B data, turning technical software concepts into elegant, human-centric visual stories.
This role is a global one and will report to the VP of Brand Marketing and Communications.
About the Marketing Team
Across different marketing functions (customer marketing, demand generation, product marketing, brand marketing, communications etc), our targets are closely tied to the company’s sales targets.
The marketing team at Revinate is focused on both the long term (brand equity building) and the short term (performance marketing, demand generation). Across different marketing functions (customer marketing, demand generation, product marketing, brand marketing, communications etc), our targets are closely tied to the company’s sales targets.
Narrative Design (Presentations): Transform complex sales pitches and keynotes into high-stakes visual narratives using Google Slides and Beautiful.ai.
Digital & Social Ecosystem: Own the creative output for social channels, maintaining a robust Canva repository for the wider team while pushing the envelope on campaign-specific carousels and motion assets.
Web & Conversion: Design high-converting landing pages, hero imagery, and technical blog diagrams that make our B2B product feel intuitive and essential.
Information Design: Translate data into multi-page downloadable guides, interactive worksheets, and benchmark reports that set the industry standard.
Physical Brand: Design tangible touchpoints, from specialty promotional packaging to large-scale venue signage for global events.
Motion & Video: Bring the brand to life with campaign-specific video edits and motion graphics for social and audio/video media.
A Metaphorical Thinker: You don't just put icons on a page; you understand the "why" behind the design. You can translate a complex sales brief into a clean, conceptual visual.
Detail Obsessed: You catch the kerning error, the misaligned pixel, and the broken hyperlink before anyone else does.
B2B & Hospitality Savvy: You understand the nuances of the B2B software space and have a portfolio that reflects a sophisticated, professional aesthetic.
Self-Driven: You are a "clean" worker—organized in your layers, proactive in your project management (Asana), and ready to pitch campaign ideas before you’re asked.
