Job DescriptionWe're looking for a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Beirut, Lebanon. As a Graphic Designer, you'll play a crucial role in developing visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message across various print and digital platforms.
- Conceptualize and create engaging designs for print and digital media, including marketing materials, social media content, and website graphics
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions
- Prepare and present design concepts, rough drafts, and final artwork to internal stakeholders and clients
- Create illustrations, logos, and other custom graphics using industry-standard software and hand-drawing techniques
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial brief to final execution, while meeting tight deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and best practices to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual communications
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance our overall design strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Multimedia, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work across various media
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Strong communication and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing projects independently
- Experience in creating designs for both print and digital platforms
- Proficiency in illustration and logo design
- Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Passion for innovative design and a customer-focused approach to creative problem-solving
