Key Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Perform daily review of accounts and allocate tasks within the team.

•    Lead and act as a quality controller within the team to ensure consistency in policy application and customer service provided.

•    Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, sales, color Separators, and designers    

•    Update specifications for orders used for internal and external customers. Separate art provided by customers and submit proof and PDF to customers for approval.

•    Perform incoming graphic file inspections. Read and understand production order material and finished product requirements 

Education: Education:  Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field strongly preferred.

 Experience: Experience in graphic design or a related field strongly preferred as well as design software experience, customer service and project management.

• A plus: (Adobe CC, Photoshop, Art Pro, among others); Separation software experience (Esko, Art Pro, Art Pro Plus, Pilot, among others); Microsoft Office experience (Access, Excel, and Microsoft Word).

  Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills, Detail oriented with a high level of organization, Ability to multi-task on several projects at any given time.

Physical Demands:

This job operates in an office and manufacturing environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to grasp small items, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

•    Complete all other tasks and projects as required.
